OnDecember 8, 2018, the first “New Economy, New Path” Real Estate &Entrepreneurship Forum was held at Lecture Room 202 of Academy Hall, CentralUniversity of Finance and Economics (CUFE). Distinguished guests including GuoYingchun, Secretary General of the CUFE MBA Entrepreneurship Club, Bi Zhaori,Secretary General of the CUFE MBA Real Estate Club, Xu Ruidong, COO and apartner of Zhuge House Hunter Information Technology Co., Ltd., Wang Hao, VicePresident of Inke and Chairman of the Board of Beijing Spring Wind Fund, DaiYue, founder of LouPan.com and a renowned domain-name (DN) investor, Li Yinan, COOand a co-founder of San Gan Video, Li Xiancai, founder of Xiancailaile andXicaimao, and Li Hongbo, founder of Tianyuanshang attended the Forum which waspresided over by Lu Linfeng from the CUFE MBA Class 2018, founder of V-worldMedia and initiator of Veteran Landlord Club.

Mr. Li Yinanshared his experience in an address titled “Content: Always in the Whirlwind ofthe Internet.” His company, San Gan Video, was founded at the end of 2016.Literally, the name San Gan means a trinity of enlightenment, sentiment andempathy, which is expected for users to acquire from its content. Targetedprimarily at female audience, its short videos feature high-qualityprofessional generated content (PGC) to attract fans and boost online traffic,and have become a bellwether of the industry. A wide range of engines from theemployment of key opinion leaders (KOLs) via a multi-channel network (MCN), thecultivation of online celebrities, operations, promotions and commercialization,to community operations, fission andtrafficmonetization, on the basis oftraffic liquidity, have altogethercontributedto fueling its rapid growth.

Later, Mr. Xu Ruidong delivered a speech titled “New PathExploration: Internet + Property in the New Economy.” He started with ananalysis of complicated domestic climates in terms of demographic structure,state policies, and industry structure, and then elaborated on the status quoof the real estate industry. At present, the industry sees a divergence and themarket is shifting from sellers to buyers. Against this background,well-rounded house selling proposals plus practically effective media can get alion’s share of the new house market. Although there are currently thousands ofmedia companies that have occupied the marketing expense sector of the newhouse market, such media companies may be thin on the ground in the future.

Mr. Dai Yue shared his stories as an entrepreneur. Several yearsago, he managed to get hundreds of high-quality DNs thanks to his sensitivityin this aspect and dedications to diving in new areas. Apart from keeping the upper hand in traffic way ahead of hiscounterparts thanks to DN and search engine optimization, he has also worked tocontinue improving the core competitiveness of products and think a big pictureon extending profit chains.

Mr. Li Xiancai made an address titled “Peer Sharing on the Fresh FoodIndustry” where he shared his experience as a serial entrepreneur with theaudience. Li suggested that there were two logical factors heating thecommunity buying fever: comparatively low-cost traffic and reduced commoditywastage in theory. High-quality products, good value for money, and efficientbusiness procedures are pillars of the formation of community buying. The keyto its success is to access low-cost customer flow. Methodology is essential tothe analysis of a program.
