汉全咨询(Sino Global Capital)目前欲招聘若干名分析师(BD为主)实习生。工作内容：

1 针对公司发展方向和项目的外部对接；

2 建立和维护健康稳定的合作渠道关系，如联络以及维系与中方投资人/机构和项目方的关系；

3 执行上级主管其他宣传任务与客户拓展任务（包括参加路演活动，金融峰会等）；

4 国内市场调研与分析

5 项目ppt等文档制作支持；

6 其它

职位要求：

1、 该职位目前主要面向中国籍员工（可中文流利沟通的外籍员工亦可）；

2、 因公司团队成员目前大都为外国人，所以要求英语可沟通即可（无硬性所通过考试级别的要求）;  

3、 商科专业优先，具体专业不限（如对高新科技、新能源、移动医疗等新兴领域感兴趣并有一定经验者优先）;  

4、 具有良好的沟通协调、商务谈判能力、公关能力强，能独立进行客户公关，具备独立的商务拓展能力;  

5、 具有极强的学习能力;  

6、 对跨境金融、私募投资有浓厚兴趣感，乐于不断挑战自己，并具有创业精神;  

7、 实习时间可具体面谈。

Sino Global Capital Analyst Intern

SGC is seeking to fill an analyst position. The ideal candidate will have an interest in working in a small-team environment with a high degree of client contact. Aptitude in research a must. Work experience and interest in finance preferred.

Work includes the following primary tasks:

 Domestic client contact

 Domestic investment, SME and investor research

 Market research

CONFIDENTIAL

Primary responsibilities:

– Domestic investor research, matching suitable investors to investment projects

– Appraisal of domestic investment projects

– Ability to source domestic acquirer targets

– Investor relations

– Possible ad hoc translation

Desired Skills & Experience

 Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Accounting, Statistics or Engineering preferred

 High numerical skills

 Ability to work with people

 Finance and Accounting knowledge

 Financial valuations and modelling knowledge preferred

 English language working proficiency an advantage
