由德国外交部和德意志学术交流中心（DAAD）资助、慕尼黑工业大学和清华大学联合举办的题为“交通工程与物流的最新发展”的暑期课程将于2015年7月20日至7月31日在清华大学举行。此课程由来自慕尼黑工大和清华大学交通研究所的老师进行授课，授课语言为英语，并将免费向中国学生提供。课程结束后，学生可以获得由慕尼黑工业大学和清华大学颁发的参加证书。除此之外，参加课程的同学们还可以获得和慕尼黑工业大学教授、讲师交流，讨论未来在德国慕尼黑工业大学学习和研究的机会。

Summer School “Latest Achievement in TransportationEngineering and Logistics” jointly held by the Technische Universität München(TUM) in Germany and Tsinghua University
Program Objectives
The summer school is a short-term (2 weeks) trainingcourse on: Latest achievement in transportation engineering and logistics. Thesummer school will be held
from 21st July 2015 till 01st August 2015
at Tsinghua University in Beijing.
The summer school is established for students fromPeoples Republic of China and is organized by Technische Universität München(TUM) and Tsinghua University. German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) andFederal Foreign Office of Germany (Auswärtiges Amt) are the supporters of thissummer school.
Students, who are intested in transportation relatedsubjects and Students who are interested in undertaking a M.Sc. degree inGermany with the major in transportation at TUM, are invited to apply for thissummer school. You have the chance to meet lecturers from TUM and discuss studyand research opportunities at TUM in Germany.
The lectures are mainly set up by TechnischeUniversität München and all school activities are conducted in
English
. Approximately 25-30 students will be accepted forthe summer school this year.
Admission Requirements
Applications are open to all Chinese candidates whoalready holding a bachelor's degree or who are currently enrolled in abachelor's degree programme, in any of the following areas (but notlimited):
Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering,Electrical Engineering, Geodetics, Mechanical Engineering, Geography, ComputerScience, Communications Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Physical Sciences,Architecture, Environmental Engineering, Tourisms.

The participation in the summer school is
free of charge
for all students. However, accepted students aresupposed to cover their travel and accommodation expenses on their own.
